Analyst, Fulfillment Operations job with Tapestry

Primary Purpose: The Analyst will lead business processes and reporting in our 2 shift/6 day a week omnichannel fulfillment center in West Chester, Ohio. The Analyst will drive the flow of orders, identify operational improvement opportunities, and provide daily clerical support to the shipping department by verifying and keeping records on inventory of outgoing shipments. They will also create daily reporting and analyze shipment data, as well as partner with operational leaders and third-party vendors throughout the Ohio facility.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to…
- Coordinate daily tactical planning with onsite leadership, business partners, and third-party teams (Ridge Global) through problem solving and decision-making processes
- Collaborates with the fulfillment operations management team to plan and schedule order waves based on factors such as order volume, product availability, staffing levels, and operational capacity; ensure that orders are processed within 24 hours of wave and shipped according to schedule
- Create and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly KPI performance metrics and wave activities
- Maintain accurate records and provide resolution when needed for incoming and outgoing freight deliveries
- Be the main point of contact for freight deliveries, customer service cancellation requests, and Bill of Lading record keeping for second shift
- Monitor data to ensure product is moving through fulfillment process in timely manner and create reports as needed
- Ability to identify a problem, analyze data, and drive forward with meaningful improvement
- Compiles and updates shipping reports
- Perform other duties per request or as assigned
- Work in an environment with varied noise levels and temperatures

- High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong analytical, decision making, problem solving and follow-up skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work and communicate at all levels of the organization
- Advanced Word and Excel skills required and experience with a WMS (Korber1) preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule
